AC Milan defeated Udinese 3-0 away at the Bluenergy Stadium. A brace from Christian Pulisic and a strike from Youssouf Fofana ensured Milan strolled to victory & kept a clean sheet against an Udinese side that failed to trouble the Milan defense. The win saw Milan move into 2nd place in the Serie A table after matchday 4.

Milan have spent the past few seasons in the doldrums. For a club that has achieved so much at the grand European stage & in Italy, Milan have somewhat fallen off from the heights of their best over the past two or three seasons. After their Serie A title winning season three seasons ago in 2021/22, Milan have finished 4th, 2nd and 8th, with their 8th placed finish last season being the lowest since their title victory.
