Tottenham Hotspur took the lead early on here and continued to dominate as their halfspace overloads proved too much for Manchester United’s defense to handle. Erik ten Hag’s side put on a pitifully weak display on both sides of the ball, and a red card for captain Bruno Fernandes only made things worse as they eventually fell to a three-goal defeat.
