When the Champions League draw unfolded, Group F emerged as the most intriguing, with all four teams poised to challenge each other. True to the expectations, three teams -Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United, and AC Milan - were still competing for a spot in the knockout stages alongside Borussia Dortmund, as we approached the final week of the group stages.

On the opposing front, Paris Saint-Germain narrowly sidestepped elimination, courtesy of a controversial stoppage-time penalty against Newcastle United. This not only earned them a crucial point but also placed their qualification fate squarely in their hands.
